Once again the Chouteau County Fair will be hosting the annual Milling and Baking Contest. Entries must be recieved no later than 4:00 p.m., Thursday, August 15th, 2008 and the winners will be announced August 23, 2008. Each farm is entitled to enter one sample of wheat per category. Additional entries from the same farm will need to enclose an additional $10.00 per entry.
