ALL CONTESTANTS MUST SIGN THE FOLLOWING RELEASE:
I/WE  UNDERSIGNED, DO HEREBY AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2008 Chouteau County Fair Pig Wrestling Event, and I/we do hereby agree not to hold Chouteau Chouteau County, the Chouteau County Fair/Fair Board, the Pig Supplier, and of its sponsors or representatives, or the team sponsors responsible in case of accident, injury or theft:

Entries due in the Fair Office on Monday, August 11, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.  Entrants will be drawn, lottery style, to determine teams competing.  Entries not drawn for competition will get entry fee refunded week of August 20, 2008.  Entry must be complete with entry fee, team name, and all team members' signatures to be accepted.  Hand deliver to the Fair Office at 205 Fairgrounds Loop Riverside. Or, mail entries to Chouteau County Fair, P.O. Box 459, Fort Benton, MT 59442.  No Phone or fax entries.  All entries must sign waiver.

ALL ENTRANTS MUST RETURN THIS WAIVER WITH ENTRY FROM AND ENTRY FEE!
