12:00 noon Cat Show - under the grandstands
12:00 noon — 2:00 p.m. Rabbit Check-in
12:00 noon — 3:00 p.m. Poultry Check-in
3:00 p.m. Rabbit Show - under the grandstands
4:00 p.m. Sheep Shearing
5:00 p.m. Poultry Show
5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Market animal weigh-in
6:00 - 10:00 p.m. Club set-up in 4-H building
8:00 p.m. 4-H Family Fun Night
THURSDAY, AUGUST 14
6:00 am. Cleaning of all livestock barns
8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon Horse Show - Grandstand arena
2:00 p.m. Bred Heifer - Ultra Sounds
3:30 p.m. Meeting with judge
7:00 p.m. Sheep showmanship and live judging Pictures of your market sheep must be taken immediately following judging & showmanship - all market animals must have a picture in order to be sold.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 15
6:00 a.m. Cleaning of all livestock barns
6:00 a.m. Pictures of all market swine. All market animals must have a picture in order to be sold
7:00 a.m. Market swine judging and showmanship
9:30 a.m. Market Beef judging and showmanship
Immediately following Heifer judging
Immediately following Pictures of all market beef, for sale bred heifers must be taken immediately following judging and showmanship. All market animals must a picture in order to be sold.
9:00 p.m.All market animals back in the barn immediately following judging. Market beef are allowed to be tied outside of the barn in the wash area only.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 16
7:00 a.m. Cleaning of all livestock barns
8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Dog Show
3:00 - 5:00 p.m. Round Robin
5:00 p.m. Calcutta - will be held in Round Robin area
SUNDAY, AUGUST 17
7:00 a.m.Cleaning of all livestock barns
11:00 a.m.Superintendent meeting
1:00 p.m.Awards
2:00 p.m.Market Sale
4:00 p.m.Removal of all 4-H animals - your animal space(s) need to have the chips, feed, water pans removed from the stalls. Put all the chips and debris in the center of the barn immediately following the sale.
5:00 p.m.Removal of all 4-H exhibits
